So I saved my sewing money and was finally able to get myself the new digital camera that I've been wanting. I had a great Canon SLR, but about two years after I bought it everything went digital and it became obsolete. I've missed my camera tremendously and couldn't wait for the day to welcome a new one. I love taking pictures and playing around and now I'm free to do that again! Below is a picture that Cord actually took, but I thought it was the perfect picture to post for Trixie's (my camera's new name) deput.

Oh sure, show me up on the camera! Now I have to go buy a bigger and better one then you! Just kiddin'! Can't wait to meet the new member of the family!
